Shipping policy

Please allow three to ten business days for delivery of your physical book (depending on the delivery location). Your order is fulfilled via print-on-demand system based in the United States, and so there is an additional step in the process before it is shipped out to you. Orders delivered to locations within the United States will generally receive their books faster than orders delivered to international locations. Orders for the physical book are sent FREE to all US locations, and orders for the physical book require extra postage if they are to be sent to international locations. The exact amount of this postage for international locations is calculated at the time of check-out, based on the physical book's destination.
