Refund policy

Nature of Unconditional Guarantee

We have a 30-day unconditional return policy on this new book, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your book to request a return and refund. To be eligible for a physical book return, your book must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return process, please contact Charles Cresson Wood at ccwood@ix.netcom.com. Note that physical book returns will need to be sent by regular mail to the following address: InfoSecurity Infrastructure, Inc., 916 Bergeson Rd. SW, Lakebay, WA 98349 USA. Whether or not your physical book return is accepted, and deemed eligible for a refund, will promptly be communicated via email. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products and services (such as policy document review services). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the physical book is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
